Samsung Galaxy Nexus’s excellent performance shown through in Verizon speed test

It seems that the reason why the Samsung Galaxy Nexus has been very slow in arriving to U.S. is because it is preparing it self very well to impress America’s Android lovers. Apparently the Galaxy Nexus has been tested through Verizon speed test that showed this new Google Ice Cream Sandwich phone was performing well on Verizon’s LTE network, with download speeds between 8-10 Mbps.

Since the list of the bugs is huge, we’re going to highlight the major ones. The bugfix update includes faster autofocus and general camera improvements, fixed reliability and power cycle issues, improved 3G/4G connectivity and switching, fixed data lockup issues, and increased hotspot limit to 8 devices. Thank god that the camera is getting the improvement since we know how the camera is lacking in performance. The list of fixes apparently has the large size of 54 MB, meaning that a lot of improvements are definitely coming its way for Bionic users. Get ready folks since it may be coming in two weeks.

This deal is only available starting today (Sept. 11) until November 5, 2011.

The second offer is called FiOS Double Play Deal, in which this package provides FiOS TV and Internet since most people don’t use a home phone anymore. This offer will only cost $74.99 a month for the first year. A little different with the first deal, the no term contract for this offer only extends for the first year.

However, you need to remember very well that his promotional rate only applies for the first 12 months only and that you must sign up by November 5, 2011.
